- Shipping Costs
Refund Shipping Costs: If the return is due to our error (such as sending the wrong item or the item is defective), we will cover the return shipping costs.
Non-Quality Returns: For returns due to other reasons (such as dislike or size is not right), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. - Refund Processing Time
